The Master fuel Dual TBI kit Air-cooled Engines 1600cc

The MasterFuel Dual TBI Kit is designed to deliver increased efficiency, torque, and control for air-cooled VW engines originally equipped with dual carburetors. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum, the assembly features 40mm throttle bodies, O-ring seals on the throttle shafts, and a roller-bearing linkage system for maximum precision. It includes individual injector ports for each cylinder and an intake air temperature (IAT) sensor port; it also supports the use of either clockwise or counter-clockwise TPS sensors. Each intake manifold is equipped with a fuel rail featuring a ¼ NPT inlet. The system utilizes a roller-bearing linkage and rods with right- and left-hand threads to ensure precise adjustment. Kit Contents: 2 aluminum TBI bodies with 40mm throttle plates; 2 dual-port intake manifolds; Sealing kit including gaskets, studs, and nuts; Complete linkage assembly with roller-bearing tower and ball-link rods; Intake air temperature (IAT) sensor port on the manifold (sensor not included). Applications: VW 1600 engines with dual carburetors; Vehicles: Beetle (Fusca), Brasília, Kombi (Bus), Buggy, and air-cooled engines in general; Electronic upgrade projects featuring individual-cylinder fuel injection.
