ADJUSTABLE MACHETE for use in Beetles (every year, after 62). For vehicles below 62, consult via the questions field.

RESTRICTION:
Not compatible with any other air vehicle except Beetle.
It may be compatible with some off-road vehicles (cages) or fiber vehicles/Buggy’s.
There needs to be 25mm of space between the inner face of the tire and the face of the original machete blade to install the adjustable. If this space is less than indicated, request more information in the questions and answers field.

COMPOSITION:
-02 machete blades in structural steel (80% greater load resistance than the original blades);
-02 torsion bar rubber cover spacers;
-02 regulators in structural steel with new stops, welded in the lower part where there is a greater incidence of shear load, traction and turning moment component;
-completely new splined bushings, with deep grooves and moderate tightening adjustment, which allows static assembly with the torsion bar for extended life;
-02 adjustment screws with machined tip;
-08 M10 screws longer than the original ones to replace the original ones;
-08 M10 pressure washers;

ATTRIBUTES:
We do not supply screws for the coupling between the semi-axle and the machete, as the materials used do not require greater thickness of the blades, making it possible to assemble with the vehicle's original fasteners.
Our machetes do not contain old or reused components, nor materials thicker than the original, necessary and calculated by product engineering.

Excellent quality of finish, with epoxy paint, much more resistant, durable and thicker than liquid paint.
Welding of components automated in most beads, and manual in other cases. MAG welding.

Product with calculations, specification of processes and materials for 2 million cycles, in engineering the calculation of allowable fatigue stress of 1 million cycles for infinite life, that is, a safety coefficient equal to 2.

Product tested in the laboratory, with static and dynamic tests to verify project data.
