Tips Instructions before assembly: To ensure proper functioning of the pressure plate and disc, it is necessary to check some parts that make up the clutch system. Parts that are not in good condition should be replaced. Check: 1. If the flywheel surface does not have cracks, scratches, bluish marks, or pronounced grooves. In these cases, it should be resurfaced or replaced. 2. Pilot shaft guide bearing and bushings. 3. If the pilot shaft splines are worn. 4. The condition of the engine shaft seals. 5. The clutch bearing or hydraulic actuator. 6. The clutch fork and cable. 7. The bearing guide tube and cylinders. 8. The clutch pedal.

During installation, take the following precautions: A) Remove the protective oil from the pressure plate. B) Secure the pressure plate by tightening the bolts in a crisscross pattern. C) Ensure proper alignment between the engine and transmission to avoid damaging the center of the disc. D) Adjust the pedal and fork correctly.
